The pocket wifi was easy to pick up and send back when we were finished. Getting it set up and any troubleshooting was very simple. It worked great, we always had internet, and it held its charge for a long time. I wouldn't travel without it!

Easy to activate once I landed in Tokyo. Had consistent 4G and 5G connections to the carrier au (owned by KDDI). Fast speeds on my iPhone throughout Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. Stable connections in congested areas, under the subway, and on the Shinkansen. It was more reliable than some of my hotel WiFi. I was able to use SurfShark to VPN back to the States to watch shows on Hulu/HBO and use SiriusXM while connected. I could maintain good quality video calls on Discord, FaceTime, and Google Meets.
