Quick, straightforward process and return was easy. My pocket WiFi worked well with no issues for my entire 2 week trip.
Overall process was excellent however, it’s kinda expensive considering the days I rented the wifi. I love how you can just return it at the airport and drop it in the mail box, very convenient :)

Worked very well for person holding the pocket WiFi. Others w/group had good service only if in eye range. In concrete building & at edge of range, was spotty to no reception.
Would still recommend WiFi but need to let person know the disadvantages if needed to share. I should’ve had my own! Lesson learned!
Bonjour, nous avons utilisé le routeur wifi JAPAN WIRELESS pendant 1 mois au JAPON du 16/10 au 17/11/2024 pour un coût total de 3 euros par jour. Connexion partout à tout heure et à tout moment. Parfois sur 1 mois, nous avons eu 1 ou 2 déconnexions. L'outil idéal. Super accueil et efficacité du vendeur de plus très aimable. Foncez!
