Great deal, great customer service

The first time I booked a pocket Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless was in 2018, and I was very satisfied with the service. This time, I can confirm the excellent performance of their devices. We stayed connected to Wi-Fi throughout our entire trip, in all the places we visited. Thank you very much.

Had no problems at all and lost my return envelope and when I emailed the response was so quick and helpful and they handled everything.

The Pocket Wi-Fi worked really well throughout our stay: just one click and you’re connected! The device is small and lightweight, and comes in a pouch with a plug, a cable and a portable battery (very handy during the day if the Wi-Fi is left on all day). You pick it up in the airport arrivals hall and simply return it by post in the pre-paid envelope provided. Even though free Wi-Fi is often available in cities, having the Pocket Wi-Fi with you every day offers peace of mind and security. I don’t regret that decision.

Extremely helpful item for my trip

I was concerned about how I would get and use internet while we were in aJapan for seven weeks when we found Japan Wireless. The service, the customer service and the price were fantastic. Delivery and return were so convenient! We are headed back to Japan soon and I will use Japan Wireless again.
