Good product. Easy to use. Convenient & price reasonable.
It would be perfect if this product & the charger are smaller in size & lighter.

Excellent product, easy to use, easy to collect and deliver. It worked correctly in the various cities where i went to Japan.

It was a great experience that this device always work... Never have any problem in conectivity and I satyed in Nagoya, Toyohashi and Tokyo.

I booked to pick up the SIM from Sapporo Airport at the Post Office. Instructions were in English on how to adjust settings, turned off/ turned on and never had a problem with coverage whether on train , in tunnels or wherever we visited in Japan. Would use again without hesitation

Device was rock-solid, came with a battery that gave me all-day connectivity, and had no issues with multiple devices. Definitely the approach I will take next time I'm in Japan!

We grab a router at the airport. It takes us 10 minutes. The router works well throughout our journey. I can recommend the company to other travelers.

This Wi-Fi device was easy to setup, easy to use and worked perfect throughout our entire trip in Japan.

It arrived at the hotel we were staying on Day 1. No setup required and the battery lasts the whole day on full charge. It was extremely convenient and easy to carry around in the backpack. Internet speed was great with no lag experienced and reception was perfect. Would not think twice about getting it again if I'm travelling to Japan.

Perfect

Outstanding. Product was at hotel as requested, worked flawlessly, return was painless. This is the second time I used Japan Wireless and will use again.
