Ottimo prezzo e quantità di dati disponibili rispetto ad altre offerte, connessione impeccabile ed è arrivato all'hotel la mattina, prima del mio arrivo.
Assolutamente consigliabile, attenzione però a portarsi dietro il caricabatterie perché si scarica in poche ore (il Power bank va bene nello zaino ma nella borsa a spalla risulta troppo pesante)

Ottimo prodotto, ci collegavamo in 4 quasi tutto il giorno . Insieme ci é stata data una power bank per cui all’occorrenza( di solito nel tardo pomeriggio ) potevamo ricaricarlo.

I found the online platform for ordering a pocket WiFi logical and easy to navigate with numerous drop down menus. The confirmation of my order was fast.
This will be the 5th time I have rented WiFi from Japan Wireless. Their service and communication cannot be faulted.

We always had great connectivity and it was great for the train, hotel, and just bring out and about. The battery usually lasted all day without issue. My only complaint is that I wish we had gotten a confirmation email that they had received the device back.

I picked up the device from my hotel and mailed it back to Japan Wirelesa 9 days later. The WiFi worked great in Tokyo and Kyoto. I was able to share the connection with others in my group.

Good reception everywhere we went. The wireless boxes were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Good battery life on them too.

The pocket wifi was great. I could not have travelled around Japan for a month without it. The system was great, because I could use my Australian mobile number if I needed to, but I could also use the wifi network. The Japan-Wireless online support was fast. It was the first time and we were thrilled with the coverage. The package was waiting for us the day we arrived at our hotel. We found it very easy to set up and the spare battery was really good the high speed was fantastic and we were on the light option. We charged the spare battery first at night then put it in our bag for the next day, then charged the unit as it doesn't take long to recharge. During the day I would connect the spare battery to the unit when it got down to about 30% just in case we forgot and it would run out. Having the envelope to post back was fantastic and we posted at the Airport just before going through security. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless and have mentioned it to all my friends travelling to Japan. Thank you
