Everything was perfect, service was great. This was our third time using them and we will again.

Pocket Wifi is indispensable. I could no longer do without it during my travels in Japan.

The process is very simple and convenient. The product functions as it should.

The wifi was super easy to use and speeds were decent. My flight was delayed and I had to fly into Haneda instead of Narita, so I wouldn't be able to pickup my wifi. I contacted Japan Wireless and they were able to send one to my hotel right away for a charge. It arrived within 1 hour!

It just worked - simple as. Solid internet and long lasting battery - You need nothing more! Additionally, Japan Wireless' service was great. There's no doubt I'll use this service when I return to Japan.

Note: I was given a device different to the one pictured. Smaller screen and square shaped. Amazing battery. Didn't even touch the provided power bank.

In order to move around in Japan - trains, buses, walking etc - the wifi device is extremely practical and convinient.

Takes quite long to find a wifi network, but once it has found one it’s very fast. Also the battery doesn’t last too long but you get a powerbank to charge it. Would recommend!

wherever we went we had secure access to the internet without the need to keep changing from train to hotel and sometimes, for example when walking in a city, to no other access to the internet---a very worthwhile luxury
