Efficient and convenient.

This is my second time renting with Japan Wireless, and so far, they have not disappointed. Service has been stable and reliable throughout my travels in Japan. Customer service is also very responsive via email.

I already ordered this product in the previous month, and I can say that I'm totally satisfied with this product! Fast, reliable, and for me personally, there were no day when I ran out of internet despite I was on instagram and other apps all day! Totally recommend it for everyone!

I ordered the Japan Wireless through a recommendation of someone else who let me borrow there's for a bit of time, and I have to say having my own is amazing! Especially since around the time I received the device I was in the hospital where there was no wifi, this device made the experience beyond just tolerable but more so enjoyable throughout. I highly recommend making the investment in owning one of these devices yourself!

Excellent customer service (answered quickly and in English).
I ordered a Premium Wi-Fi (Super Long Plan - 2 years) and received it the next day at the Post Office!
The Pocket Wi-Fi works flawlessly and I would recommend it to anyone in Japan, especially if you do not have your own wired connection or if you move around often and need to have an internet access.
Bandwidth is as advertised so check their map coverage if you require high speed rather than mobility. For instance where I live in Kyoto I only get 4G (2.4GHz) but have access to 5G when in the main areas.
