The Premium WiFi from Japan Wireless was definitely worth it and I will get it again on my next trip. Picking it up and dropping it off were easy, and they do their best to coordinate pick-up in case your flight is delayed. The one glitch is that for some reason, when I was using the system, I could not send anything out on my phone's e-mail, though I could receive messages. (Sending e-mails worked on my hotel wireless, and with just my phone's own 4G network, so I am not sure why the problem was only with the wireless set.) Otherwise, a good product, worth the money to have high-speed handy almost all the time. I would give it 4 and 1/2 stars if this survey had that option.

Very handy and easy to use

This unit worked all through my recent 3 week visit to Japan. It was especially helpful in the smaller towns and villages.

The portable wifi was delivered to my hotel, and I received it when I checked in. Product was easy to set up and easy to use. The wifi connection was reliable and very good throughout my stay in Japan. I used it often. No complaints. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan and wants reliable wifi connection.

Used the pocket Wifi during my one week trip in Japan, with multiple devices. Delivery to hotel was convinient and perfectly on time. Usability is great and had always good connection. Return also very customer friendly. Would use it again.
