Reseñas

I spend two weeks in Japan with extended family in January. Picked up my device from Tokyo airport and couldn’t have been happier with the product. All 5 adults were able to use the internet throughout Japan with faultless connectivity. Highly recommend this product and the company. Thank you.

The connection worked almost everywhere, battery lasted well for a long ski day and cost was reasonable. Recommended.

Great service in all aspects. Connection never down or weak in Kyoto. I made a mistake in choosing point of pick up and customer service responded to my email with the adjusted pick up point in less than 12 hours.
No hassle in picking up and returning modem.
The power plug (with 2 USB ports) to charge modem is very useful to charge my phone as well as I forgot to bring adapter.
After modem that I returned by mail was received I got an email to confirm the return. Much appreciated!

Japan wireless had good reviews on the net so I decided to try it out this January. I can confirm that it worked exactly as advertised. No daily limits or speed throttling, excellent connection all the time. The only minor issue for me was that the instructions for picking up at the airport (Narita) were a bit confusing. Returning on the other hand was super easy.

Very good and very satisfactory gadget

Couldn't have asked for a smoother and better experience! Delivered to our hotel we could start with the wifi right away. Easy to use and supplied with a power bank we had wifi from Tokyo into the Japanese Alps! 5 Stars - can recommend!

Great service! I would use their pocket WiFi again!

Easy to order, and easily pick up in the airport.

Easy pickup and drop off. Product worked great for the time I was in Japan, without the Wi-Fi I don’t think I would have been able to get around so easily.

Easy, convenient and affordable. Have ordered pocket wi-fi from Japan Wireless for many years now. I always have it shipped directly to our hotel for pick-up from the front desk. We will definitely continue using their service and recommend it to all of my friends.
