The product is great, i had no connectivity problems on any of the 5 city i was visiting. No service problems.
The battery last all day long and in case is depleted, it comes with a external powerbank.
Of course i will contract this service again in my next visit to Japan.

convenient and the wifi also fast

The speed was a bit slow when you are familiar with speeds from mobile 4G-5G. The speed range I got was around 3G, which is why I would recommend business speed which is faster. Throughout my trip, overall the internet was stable although I had internet drop on me for an hour or two when I was in an area that was crowded.

È stato spedito direttamente al mio hotel e l'ho trovato lì al mio arrivo; per il reso ho solo dovuto metterlo nella busta che mi hanno fornito e imbucarla nella cassetta postale all'areoporto. Ha sempre funzionato perfettamente anche sulle isole e la batteria dura tutto il giorno, bisogna solo caricarlo di notte.
