We went to Japan as a family of four in late April. I purchased the pocket wifi and found that it was fast and very reliable. It was extremely convenient because we were constantly using Google Maps to find our way around. Another great convenience was the return envelope because we left in a different airport from where we started so being able to put it in a mailbox was very convenient.

The whole process was easy from start to end. The router was waiting for me in the hotel as I requested and setting It up was super easy. We had great coverage in all of Japan and returning it in Narita airport at the end of our trip was also simple! Definitely recommend it!!!!!

User friendly gadget

What a great device to have during our trip to Japan. My wife and I linked to it in tandem throughout the trip. It was waiting for me at the hotel when we arrived and I popped it in the post box outside our hotel on the day we departed. Great value and great product.

First-off, the shipping process was seamless, it delivered safely to my mailbox within my request of delivery time. The units (Router and Power bank) that I got still perform good till date (2 weeks use). It is true about the no-daily or monthly data limit, it unquestionably recommended for heavy user. They only included USB-C to USB-A cable which is bugging because the router charges by micro-USB.

I used a pocket wifi for 2 weeks while staying in Japan. It was easy to use. I highly recommend who needs reliable wifi service provider with unlimited data plan.
