Reseñas

This is my second time using Japan wifi. I will use them every time we go to Japan because they are so reliable.

Everything about the process from ordering to pickup at Hanes’s to convenient mailing package was user friendly and simple. We commented to multiple friends on what a great and affordable service your company provided.

Service is 10 stars. We have booked the wifi same day of arrival still they manage to provide their service the same day. Very much thankful for their assistance and good service.

If you visit Japan, you need a pocket wireless as Internet is not available while sightseeing outdoors. You will need it for Maps, directions, bus & train schedules, making reservations, etc. The extra charger is very useful by the end of the day when the main wireless powers down.Easy to get and return back.

V good and will use again next trip. Ideal for family w lots devices !

Great service and super easy to use

The pickup and drop off was very easy as it was in the airport terminal. Everything I needed was in the package including the envelope to return it. The device had consistent signal, there were times when the signal was weak but nothing a restart couldn't fix. The portable battery was not as good as the device itself but it served as a good backup. I was charging from the car when I was on the go so it wasn't too bad. Definitely a good option, priced reasonably, to have when overseas.

Very convenient and easy to use. It last throughout the day and super budget friendly. Recommended.

We were very happy with our pocket wi-fi rental. It had great battery life and there were only a couple of days when we were out until late where we needed the included extra battery. Highly recommend!

portable wifi was sent to hotel as requested and received on schedule. The wifi works great and was able to share with two other family member without issues. The wifi was fast enough and battery can last the whole day. I would recommend this wifi to others.
