Very easy set up and has worked perfectly every where I’ve travelled in Japan

I had the wifi sent to my hotel and it arrived as scheduled. Only issue was the
charger cord, but I had some extra cords for my phone so I wasn't an issue. Will rent again!

Great service and very easy to use

Have used Japan Wireless for 5 of our trips to Japan. Reliable delivery and response if a problem. Would like a product that might be lighter in weight and the charge longer. We had that type of product (smaller too) in Korea. a suggestion to look into upgrading your product. thank you

Rented 4 for our family of 11 trip and no one had problems with connections. Japan Wireless made it easy to pick up from the Post Office as well as dropping off in a post office box. Thank You

Great coverage with Japan Wireless. I do wish the battery life lasted longer for the device - but I'm glad that I was provided the additional portable battery once the device started to drain.
Overall - I love that I was able to have the device ready for me at my Hotel and I was provided a self addressed envelope to have mailed back on way out of the country.
I have tried using eSims in the past (but for some reason - once I return to the US, I end up having issues switching back to my regular service). The mobile wifi is still the best option for me and I think Japan Wireless does a great job at providing stable wifi.

My phone isn't unlocked so I wasn't able to use an eSIM or physical SIM during my visit, so this pocket wifi worked great. I always had good connection and the battery lasted quite long! Overall a great option for the price/if you have multiple devices!
