Worked great almost always, except at the convention centre in Yokohama. We spent 4 days in the convention centre which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I needed the wifi to stay in touch with my kid. I had ordered one for him as well and he had similar issues. Worked great at DisneySea and all over Tokyo and our Mnt Fuji day trip

I used Japan wireless during my recent trip to Japan. I never had any issues and it worked well across Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara & Kobe. The information provided in the email was sufficient and it was easy to pick up and drop off. Highly recommend this product.

I use Japan wireless every time I go to Japan which is 3 times in 2 years. They are just reliable from pickup to drop off which is just in the mailbox. No problems whatsoever.

Used Japan Wireless for our WIFI needs during our last trip to Japan and it was excellent! When we went to the booth at the Kansai Airport to claim our packet, it was immediately handed to us without any fuss. The price was a steal for UNLI DATA! Returning the unit was also hassle free. Just dropped them off at the post box at the airport and it's done! Will definitely recommend and use this service again in my future trips to Japan.

Japan Wireless was super convenient and I would book again. I didn't look at the website ahead of time so I couldn't pick up the WiFi at the KIX, so I had it delivered to my sister's private residence. My sister reported the delivery was made by the requested time and that it was smooth. Setting up and using the portable WiFi was simple and easy. Over the course of approximately 2 weeks, I would restart the device occasionally if my connection became weak, but overall it went strong the whole time. It never overheated and if I felt like it was hot in my bag/the provided pouch, I would simply take it out to let it air out and cool down. Returning it was also convenient. I checked into my flight, made sure all 4 components were inside the pouch, put it inside the provided envelope, and place it in the mailbox near the check-in counters. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience and would purchase again!

We travelled from Tokyo to Osaka with various pit stops around in 11 days. The wifi service is available throughout. We didn't experience any lag on the services. And it was so convenient. It was delivered in our hotel and we dropped it off in the airport before flying out. We definitely recommend this.
