Reseñas

I’m so pleased we chose a Japan Wireless mobile router to use on our recent trip to Japan. It was invaluable as we relied on it for Google maps to help navigate the Tokyo and Kyoto metro system. It never failed or drop a signal and was even better and faster than my home Wi-Fi! It was waiting for us at the airport (I’d pre-ordered) and I just put it in the prepaid envelope and into a post box at the airport when we left, so easy and actually cheap. I’ll definitely use it again. Thanks Japanese Wireless.

We had a very good experience with Japan Wireless, easy pickup at the airport and easy to send back. The network worked fine the entire trip too. The only drawback maybe is that the device gets incredibly hot very quickly, so much that I was worried it might overheat. But at least the battery did always hold for an entire day.

Came with a small power bank, easy to charge, light and kept us connected. We also ordered the translator device and found other apps on our phone useful for image text translation. Returning was simple, just placed the return envelop in the postbox at Heneda departures.

Will definitely recommend to a friend and will use next time i am in Japan

I always have a small EDC sling or bag so no drama taking this device with me. I was impressed by the speed and coverage. Thoroughly recommend it.

I have been to Japan within the past 10 months and have rented the Premium Wifi every time. The device was delivered to our hotel on time every time. I have used this in Tokyo, Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Sapporo, and Hakodate without any issues. Excellent service from Japan Wireless.

Everything was perfect. I had a 25% discount, the price was totally good. The pickup and drop off very convenient. I ordered the day before and I had no problem. Last, the autonomy was excellent and So is the speed

Everything worked great and was very helpful on my trip. Would definitely rent it again.

Easy to book, responsive customer service, and is way cheaper than other similar services.

We had an amazing experience using Japan wireless on our recent trip. Coverage was exceptional. Our order was delivered to our hotel ready for pickup and return was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend and use again on further trips.
