We used the product and it performed as advertised for myself and 2 nephews while touring Japan. This was an easy way to stay connected with home in the US which all 4 in our party benefitted from. The device was waiting for us at the Hotel and I was able to mail it back from the Airport in Osaka. Great product which I would not hesitate to use on future visits to Japan.

Signal was great almost everywhere. Some parts close to Mt.Fuji had very low signals but it was all good everywhere else.

Op reis door Japan met de kleine WIFI-router was perfect. Overal altijd internet gehad. Wij hebben gereisd in het gebied tussen Osaka en Hiroshima en op de eilanden Okinawa en Zamami en in het gebied tussen Tokyo en Osaka. Nergens liet de router ons in de steek. De router hebben wij op het vliegveld in Osaka opgehaald en 5 weken later daar ook weer ingeleverd. Alles was gemakkelijk. Wij konden onze telefoons en ipads makkelijk koppelen aan de router.

Everything was perfect, from the moment I collected the wifi at the airport, to moment I sent it back with a very simple procedure. The wifi worked perfectly everywhere and I never had an issue with the battery, which I recharged every night, in spite of the intensive use (3 smartphones connected all day long). やっぱり日本のサービスは最高

Used this wifi rental for a business trip and the battery life and wifi speed were great. I had no trouble during the two-week trip.

Pocket WiFi is very convenient. Has a long battery span and the free PowerBar really helps. I will definitely recommend Japan Wireless and will use it again in my next visit to Japan.
