Once we got in it all went really well, we did get support it was not straight away however it was quick enough.

Everything was smooth and as described. We had full coverage the whole time and with great speed. Router's battery was also in good shape since we barely used the included power-bank during the day.
Strongly recommended.

I am very satisfied with the eSIM service from Japan Wireless.
The installation and activation of eSIM on my Samsung Galaxy S24 went smoothly and took about 10 minutes. The instructions for eSIM activation are clear and detailed. Since I will be staying in Japan for a month longer than originally planned, I will get a new eSIM from Japan Wireless. I will also buy an eSIM from JW for my wife who is coming to Tokyo for 3 weeks. The Internet and Google Maps worked very quickly in Tokyo and the surrounding area.

Extremely easy to use service, which is also quite cheap. Unlimited WiFi with virtually no areas with issues and I travel all over even super rural areas. I will be using Japan wireless on my future Japan trips!!
