I was in Japan for 3 weeks and this pocket wifi worked great!! It worked exactly as advertised- unlimited data with no throttle. It was quite convenient. However, the battery life could be better. We made it through the day with the help of the power bank, but I expected more from the device battery. Don’t forget to charge at night. It loses a lot of battery while idling. It will be dead by morning if it is not plugged in.

Easy to pick up from the airport. Quick setup and excellent service across the country. Had no issues with drop outs and the free power-bank made it so I could maintain the battery though out my entire days out. Meant more time to enjoy Japan at its fullest! I am going back again soon and will definitely be using this service again. :)

Everything was perfect

We were trip in japan with my family, 5 people including me and this pocket wifi was perfect. It was very useful especially walking around the city and purchase something, cause we dont know japanese so we always use translate and google and maps. Not too slow and it’s actually fast and the best thing was portable and lightweight. If we have another trip to Japan definitely use this pocket wifi.

This really was essential for our family holiday going so smoothly in Japan.
All four of us used the mobile modem and it didn’t skip a beat the whole trip.

I cannot fault any aspect of the service or product supplied. The pickup at Narita Airport was easy and quick, the WiFi worked perfectly for our whole trip and the drop-off very easy at the postbox as I entered security back at the airport. Instructions on the website were easy and accurate and the communication at each step was timely and helpful. Highly recommended to any traveller to Japan.
