Reseñas

The mobile WiFi is very easy to use and allows you to have unlimited Internet access during the rental period. It's a must for me when visiting Japan!

Convenient pickup and drop off. Slim and easy to carry around. Can last whole day with the powerbank provided. Fast and good connection. Excellent product and service. Highly recommended.

I had internet everywhere. And I mean everywhere. From Sapporo to Aita. I never lost connectivity. Thank Japan wireless. You made my trip better

Easy to reserve. Was delivered to the hotel as requested. Easy to return at the airport.

WiFi service was reliable all the time. Speed isn't good enough to stream but was able to use Google maps or other GPS applications with no issues.

WiFi didn't really run out of battery but anyway it comes with an extra battery which was very useful.

I got this hotspot for my kids to play Pokemon Go on their phones while we traveled. It worked quite well. It was plenty fast for two devices to be connected and playing at once. It had pretty good battery life, I never needed the extra battery pack they sent with it.

No throttling, great service, great price.

I saw a lot of people complain about keeping it charged etc. But it’s actually super easy battery lasts long regardless. Will definitely use this company again next time.

I rented this pocket wifi for almost a month. Pickup and setup at the airport was super simple and I never had a single problem the whole time I had it! My connection worked everywhere and the speed was always good. Dropoff at the airport post office was as easy as it could possibly have been.

Very good service. Easy pick up and return. Works everywhere.

Such a seamless experience that made for an stress-free vacation! Having it delivered to my hotel, ready by the time I got there, and being able to drop it off at the mailbox at the airport with the included envelope made for a phenomenal experience! WiFi worked well and lasted all day; we didn’t even need the included battery but it was great for added ease of mind!
