Our experience with this company and product was excellent. We had it delivered to our hotel and posted it back afterwards. So easy. And the wifi worked really well.

Great simple service, no issues whatsoever while we used it, the extra battery pack was awesome, and we had a mailbox right outside our hotel. Absolutely perfect!!

we travelled between Tokyo, Kyoto,Kansawa,Osaka,Hiroshima and back to Tokyo. this portable wifi was very helpful in keeping us connected. Certainly will use it next time when plan a visit to Japan.Easy to carry, it remains charged for long time and has a portable powerbank, good signal strength in most of the places, very easy to carry in your pocket

From pick up and drop off it worked seamlessly and was really convenient considering we were flying in and out of different airports. Internet worked great all over Japan, our only issue was that the power bank wouldn’t charge the wifi box so we had to purchase our own.

This little pocket WiFi was a life saver for my 19day trip. A few days several devices were linked to it and there was very little lag time. I carried two battery packs just in case but it maintained its charge very well. Definitely worth the extra money for the peace of mind.

The collection and return of the device were very convenient and easily done at the airport. Internet connection and strength were really good and we could use our mobile phone to access Google, Google map and email almost everywhere we went in Japan without any major issues. One side note, the Premium pocket Wifi device that we received did not have an LCD display screen as was shown on the email. So, we could not see any icon showing the battery strength, internet signal etc. Other than that, everything was working as expected.
