Excellent service. Smooth pick up and drop off process and wifi coverage was very good. Would have been even better if the wifi device was charged at 100% or even 80-90%. When picking up, it was at 30% charge, so had to recharge before using. Other than that, everything else was very good.

I don't know how this compares to alternative solutions, but I thought that this was a good price and extremely convenient. I even tried a live stream with it and had high quality results.

This was our second trip to Japan and Japan wireless did not disappoint us. Great coverage, easy to use. We always had great Wi-Fi coverage wherever we went. They delivered to our hotel for our arrival and returning it was very easy. We will always use Japan Wireless Pocket Wi-Fi when we visit Japan.

It was great to have this device with us -- saved us worrying about roaming data rates, but it was also consistent almost anywhere we went, so we were never stuck without access (which was essential for mapping our location).

Fantastic option for groups traveling to Japan! Three of us all connected to the hotspot without issues. The connection was fast and reliable, and the battery on the hotspot lasted the entire day (just make sure to charge it every night). The company gave us a portable battery bank for backup, which also came in handy. Pickup and dropoff was easy!

I read about the pocket Wi-Fi on the Internet, and know it would be ideal for my husband‘s phone to augment The international roaming plan on my phone. Ordering was so easy, as it was pick up at Narita. No problems at all. I have no hesitation to recommend Japan – Wireless.

The pocket wifi and esim we availed from Japan Wireless kept us online during our two week stay in Japan.It helped us a lot navigating through their subway system and finding our destination without any difficulty.They were also helpful when we had issues with the device and replaced it with a new one in no time.We would have not survived Japan without Japan Wireless.

Fee is reasonable and coverage is exceptional. Pickup and dropoff process was smooth. A bit laggy when we’re at Disney Sea and Disneyland Tokyo, but overall a great experience.
