Japan Wireless Service is excellent. Very smooth and always . I’ve never had any problems over the past few years. I have informed my family and friends to certainly consider you whenever they need pocket WiFi services.

First time both in Japan and using your service. Being first time in Japan I needed constantly check maps, GPS, interesting places etc. Japan Wireless delivered all that and way more. Worked great to do video calls to the other side of the world without trouble, upload photos from my travel fast. Worth to mention I compared with some other services and it was the best price. Japan Wireless also provides a power bank, which is very helpful when you spent the whole day walking and exploring Japan. Last but not least, I never went to a place where WiFi didn't work (even while crossing tunnels in a train). Overall, a great experience and price for the value.

Best money I've spent in ages!

This was my 2nd time to Tokyo. The fitst trip we didn’t have any phones; the 2nd trip we decided to get an wifi router. With so many choices, I glad we picked Japan-wireless.

The package was at the hotel when we arrived.

During the trip, I was sending reviews to Tripadvisor of various hotels, restaurants, and attractions. Using Japan-wireless made it possible.

On my last day, I just dropped the package off at the local Post Office.

We are planning to come back for a 3rd trip to Tokyo and we know whick wireless carrage we are going to use — Japan-wireless.

I stayed in Japan for a month, and half way, the internet provider started throttling me to what felt like 128Kb/sec. After telling Japan Wireless about this, they immediately shipped me a new device. It arrived the next day on a Sunday and I was back in business nearly uninterrupted.

I will be using them again on next trips.

From Kyoto to Numazu to Tokyo, we explored all over and never had a single issue with connectivity - it was a lifesaver. We had some trouble with one of the chargers (for the battery), and I don't think the speeds were quite as fast as advertised, but honestly we never noticed. We also encountered no filters or limits on social networks, streaming video, etc. I will use Japan Wireless again when we return to Japan.

I took Japan wireless pocket WiFi with the charger bank during my trip to Japan. I visited Tokyo,Mount Fuji Nagasaki all places the connectivity was great. The pocket charger was really helpful. Definitely will recommend it
