Picked it up on Haneda airport and everything went smooth. Just remember to charge the 4G thing and the extra charger everyday and you will have free wifi for an entire day and night. It worked far better than the wifi in the hotels.

we had no trouble with the router. it was ready for pick up at our first hotel when we arrived. and so easy to drop into the mail box on our last day. it had everything we needed and no problems. great service.
