Very good service no issues

I've used Japan Wireless eSIMs on both of my trips this year and I have no complaints. Best value compared to other more popular options. And I had no drops in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara or Kyoto. I did notice it go down to 4G LTE when inside some buildings and the subway, but I still had service. Will use them again next year!

Worked as advertised! Great speeds! The only downside is that even with the battery pack, the unit had trouble lasting all day.

Excellent service, we used the Japan Rail Pass on the Shinkansen (reservations are free) Express, Local, and on the ferry to Miyajima. Upon arrival at Tokyo airport, picking it up was easy and the service staff was very kind, showing us the instructions on a sheet in Italian, booking the first train for us from Narita airport to the city. Three weeks traveling around Japan with the JPR, I recommend it.

the whole process is super easy: picking it up at the airport, registering the wireless network to my cellphone, using it and sending it back. i was able to connect 5 devices at the same time. when i am coming back to japan i will use this service again
