Fast, Secure & Reliable
The process was very smooth. The Wifi was delivered to our hotel on time, they sent a reminder on when and how to drop it off in the mail box with the return envelop that they sent to avoid extra charges. And it all went well and as expected. We used the Wifi in Tokyo, Kyoto and most of the area in between and the connection was really good. The only time that we didn't get a good service was on the Shinkansen from Kyoto to Tokyo. But out of the 15 days, we could live without connection for 2 hours on the train. Highly recommend!
