I’ve been using the service for about 2 years now. As someone who lives alone and doesn’t, I can use this for all my needs at home (streaming, online meetings etc)and well as when travelling.
I’ve used a different company’s service in the past, but there were many places - especially where I live, where I couldn’t get a half decent signal and connectivity was poor. This service has been very reliable with this!
Also, when my pocket router was experiencing battery problems, a replacement was provided as well as paid shipping to return the faulty one.
The customer service has been wonderful and prompt.

We've used Japan Wireless twice and both times the service has been good. The internet was fast most of the time. The pocket wifi battery lasted long.

I recived my poket WiFi no problem. The poket WiFi connected me very easy no complecation like eSIM. While using it, no problem. Returning was very easy. If I add a request, I wish a piece of paper for how to connect is a copy of copy (my guess). It was hard to read someone like me who needs a glass to ready. Please make small letters to be bigger. Thank you.

Awesome service from Japan Wireless, prices are very reasonable, Wifi unit comes waiting at the airport of arrival, or delivered to your hotel. No issues with connecting and works great! Ease of return with envelope to drop off at any mailbox or at the airport. Highly recommended!

Great battery life, lasted most of the day without having to recharge, from early morning to the evening. Comes with an extra battery/power bank in case it dies. The pocket WiFi was easy to use and provided reliable network coverage. Very easy to order and pickup at the airport. Included easy to understand instructions in English. Very simple return process.
