The wifi from Japan Wireless was so easy to pick up and so easy to use! They gave all the information we needed as well as a charger for the wifi. We used it for 3 weeks and never had any issues and then we were able to drop it off easily at the airport. I highly recommend Japan Wireless for the ease of use and the best price.

The wifi router worked for myself and my 2 boys. Coverage all over Tokyo. Battery lasted most of the day and was a less expensive option than using my phone plan.

Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was awesome. Easy to use, easy to pick up at the airport. When we initially got it the service was slow, there were instructions on how to troubleshoot this and we just rebooted the WiFi. There weren’t any problems after we rebooted it! This was our 5th renting from Japan wireless. Will definitely rent again!

It worked great almost everywhere we went. The connection was a little iffy in Mikawa and I had to switch to the JR WiFi on a couple of trains but overall I recommend it.

We also really appreciate your feedback regarding the signal in the Mikawa region and on certain train routes. Moving trains and localized terrain can occasionally affect cellular reception, and we are constantly working with network providers to improve coverage even further.
