Excellent. Delivery on time, easy drop off at mailbox and no connection problems with the wifi service.
My only complaint was the size of the portable wifi device, quite large and a bit heavy.

We rented the pocket WiFi for our Japan trip from Osaka to Hakone and Tokyo. The connection was great and we didn’t have any problems connecting our 4 devices. The wifi was delivered to our hotel in Osaka by the time we checked in. The return envelope was also easy to use as we only had to drop it off at a post office. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan
