On our trip to Japan for 27 days we used Japan Wireless. It was perfect in all cases. Worked throughout the Kanto area . The charge lasted most of the day and the spare battery insured we had serice for the entire day. Highly recommend.

Perfect wifi, it works all the time at a great speed. The battery lasted all day. It includes a power bank but I never used it nor for my phone or for the pocket wifi but it was great to have it just in case. I will get this wifi again if I go again to Japan.

This device worked very well every day almost everywhere on our 15 night trip. We rarely needed to use the power booster and it was better value than a digital SIM for the two of us. I would give five stars if a map of where to collect the device was provided. The kiosk was very hard to find (tip: face the front of the large Information Desk in the departure terminal, turn to your left about 160 degrees and walk past the escalators on your right into an area that stretches out to the right. It ends with a general shop at the far end. Walk into this space and the very tiny white kiosk is on your left about one third of the way in).

Had no issues, was easy to use and convenient return system. Will definitely use again in the future !
