Very easy to pick up (clearly indicated) and to return (enveloppe provided). Works well everywhere we went in Japan. The only reason I did not give it a 5-start rating is that the battery does not last long (they provide you with a portable charger) and that you have to make sure that you don't move the wifi box at all when you charge it or it will stop charging. Once I figured this out, it was perfect.

We were very satified with this pocket wi-fi solution: it's cheap, very reliable and it never went out of charge during the day. Highly suggested!

Rented 4 units for our group for 5 days. Easy retrieval (pick up from KIX Terminal) and return process ( drop box in the same airport) Pocket WiFi’s coverage was extensive in almost all areas within Osaka and Kyoto. Battery lasted for the whole day. I never got to use the power bank that went with the kit. Price is reasonable . I will definitely rent again whenever I’m in Japan. Great service for a reasonable price.

Easy to set up, easy to use. 21 days in Japan, permanently using Google Maps and Google Translate, it didn’t let us down once. Highly recommended to all.
