Very easy to use. Hassle free from receipt (delivered to my hotel) to return ( a post box at Haneda Airport). Also it came with a portable bank, which was really handy.

Renting it was easy, getting it at the airport was not hard and I used it for 13 days and it worked great. Will definitely rent it again.
