Japan Wireless pocket WiFi worked great everywhere ( in Tokyo, Yokohama, Kyoto and Osaka) . It was Business plan + free power bank and kind of unlimited internet connection. One pocket wife devices can share/ give Wi-Fi connection for 5 cellphones, it was convenience but cellphones have to be near person who cares pocket wifi device. We used the wifi plan for our recent trip to Japan. It was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. It was easy to set up and was verfy reliable throughout the trip even though we were travelling around the country. We ran 2 devices off it (including a teenager with high wifi use!) and never had a problem. Battery life was great and never needed the supplied powerbank (so long as we remebered to charge overnight). Recommended.

Great offering! However, there was just a small hiccup where we encountered no signal / no internet when we went to Miyajima Island. The customer service was fast to respond that we just need to reset and it worked. I’ll get this again when I come back to Japan. Thank you!

I ordered the business wifi for a 3 week trip in Japan. We travelled from Tokyo to Kyoto to the Kyushu area. The coverage was great throughout. The wifi handled multiple devices with no issues. I had a hardware issue with the first one i received but it was replaced quickly when I visited the corporate office in Tokyo. Overall, very satisfied.
