Unit was delivered to our hotel and was there when we arrived.Easy to setup and connect. Speed was perhaps not as quick as indicated but still no problems encountered. Easy to send device back and Japan Wireless send an email when they get it back. Great service. Would do it again.

Bestellprozess war einwandfrei. QR Code für Abholung am Flughafen erhalten. Leider mussten wir die Reise 3 Tager vorher stornieren. Stornieren ging dann nur per E-mail, aber einwandfrei und Geld zu 100% retour erhalten.

I used the pocket wifi when I stayed in Japan for 10 days. I used it for work and for navigating the streets, trains, and buses of Kyoto and Osaka. It is very reliable and comes with all the accessories needed, the pocket wifi is also very lightweight and easy to carry in your bag. I would highly recommend.

Easy to use.no problem with delivery and return.

Decided on pocket wifi as my phone is locked. Ordered it kind of last minute (three days before departure) and had it shipped directly to my hotel as my flight was scheduled to arrive in the evening and didn't want to risk picking it up at the airport and it being closed. Worked well overall, maybe some loss of coverage underground in the metro train and some stations. Be sure to charge it every night and carry a power bank during the day, with intensive use the battery does drain down, sometimes quite suddenly. Would use again.

We traveled from Tokyo to Hiroshima and points in between and had great service everywhere we went. Pick-up from the airport was very easy and we connected and were online immediately. I was grateful for the battery back-up a couple of times as well. Thanks!

Easy to find the pick-up counter in Narita airport (Tokyo) and the postbox in Kansai airport (Osaka). We did not encounter any issues with the pocket wifi for the whole 8 days. The internet is reliable in all the places we've been to. Highly recommended!
