made my two weeks trip to Japan perfect!

Japan Wireless is my go-to for pocket wifi in Japan. Super easy to book and pick up, and the wifi is fast and reliable. I will always use Japan Wireless when I come to Japan!

Portable wifi worked great. No issues. We always had internet access on two devices, our iPad and cell phone. We didn’t even get a sim card. Back up battery wasn’t needed, just charged the device every night. Very pleased. Japan wireless dropped off at hotel for our arrival. We had to switch our hotel and they confirmed our change by email. Drop off at the airport was perfect. They let us know when they received it. All went smoothly.

Everytime I go to Japan, I always use Japan wireless since it has never let me down.
Internet speed is consistently strong and the battery can last the whole day.

This was my second time using Japan Wireless and can say that each time, the whole process of ordering, receiving and returning the wifi has been extremely simple. Speed and connection was reliable. The only issue I had this time was the adapter cable in the package did not work at all so I had to use one of my own from another device I was carrying. Otherwise, no complaints.

It came when it was expected to come.
It worked like it was expected to work.
It fitted into my pocket as it was expected to fit.
What else shoujd I wish for. Good stuff.
