Had a trip to Japan recently and we needed a pocket wifi since we'd be going to aomori. I'm glad that I saw a post on FB regarding Japan Wireless and decided to rent one.

When we landed at Haneda airport at 5am, we only had to wait for a short time since they open at 6:30am. The package came in a brown envelope, inside was the pocket wifi, charging cable and brick, powerbank, and a return envelope.

I'm glad that there was a return envelope so I didn't had to rush over to their booth to return the pocket wifi. I could just drop it off any where.

All in all 10/10 service. Would rent from them again.

Wifi service was fast and the battery had a long life. At end of the day, wifi was still over 50% thank you so much

Great reception and service. Battery life was much better than my previous rental. I had to reboot my PC a couple of times per day to regain connection, not sure if it was my equipment of the wifi box. Leave time for airport pick-up, as the line can get long. Overall, a great service.

The service Is great, It works everywhere and in the pouch you also find a practical Power bank. Easy to return, It Is super worthed

We collected our wifi pack from the Haneda terminal on the way to our accommodation. The pack had everything we needed to keep us all going for wifi throughout the day. We dropped the pack back to a post box at the airport in the envelope that was provided by the company. Super easy to use. Convenient and effective.

We used our Wifi stick for our 20 day trip across Japan. Easy to order, quick responses from Customer service to technical or invoicing or adding days, worked everywhere even in remote areas… We recommend!
