Used this for a recent 14 day visit to Shinjuku. Picked this up from collection point at the airport which was very easy to find. Its so easy to use, just turn it on and connect. Had no problems during our stay, no down time and the speeds were great. Everything loaded almost instantly, just like being back home. 10/10. Will definitely use this again when we go back in future.

I stayed in Japan for about a week. Forgot about ordering it ahead of time so I ordered a day before and since picking it up at the airport wasn't an option, I had it delivered to the hotel I was staying at (I did communicate with the hotel staff ahead of time about it) and it was ready for me when I arrived at the hotel. I rented a Business Wifi just cause. Overall it was fine- my daily routine in Japan was like using the pocket wifi throughout the day for maybe 8-10 hours straight and it worked fine but I had to charge it every night. Unfortunately the plug was not working often so I had to use mine and the pocket wifi didn't really work when you are more than maybe 10 ft away (in my opinion) but.. wifi was fast and easy to use/connect so overall, I was good to rent it.

Excellent and efficient service from the staff and the technology. Great wifi wherever I was in Japan.

Intuitive pick-up and setup procedure, all contained in a convenient travel bag with all necessities for it. Connected our 7 devices across 4 people easily and worked non-stop. Return process also pretty easy with a return envelope included. Only point to mention was the flimsy USB cable included in the package.

Very user friendly, ordering, payment, delivery is handled over the net. Pickup the router at the airport or hotel as you wish. Return of the equipment is through standard mail in a self addressed supplied envelope. Just drop it in any red mailbox at the airport before going through security.

Ordering a Japan wireless router is the first thing on my list when planning a visit to Japan.
