I used Japan wireless service in April 2025 for 19 days. It was so easy to set up. Arranged to pick it up from the airport so had immediate access to internet as we used it for google maps. Never had a problem with it, battery lasted for about 10hrs and we were also provided with a portable charger which I don’t think we actually used. When I go back to Japan in the future I would use the service again. We had 2 people using it consistently with a third also using it now and again.

Such easy transaction, ordered online, had it delivered to our hotel. It was waiting for me at the front desk. The connection was easy to make and it worked great the entire time. I did have to charge daily. Battery pack was a nice bonus. Sending it back was just as easy, drop in the mail. Highly recommended.

My order was waiting as booked, but it was hard to find the small kiosk in Haneda T3. The pocket wifi unit worked flawlessly. Battery would last all day no problem. Did not have to use the power bank it came with. Would use again.
