Good service picking up the device in Tokyo airport. Throughout my journey had perfect connection to wifi. Great experience.

Having WiFi in our trip to Japan was a great idea! We were able to find cool places on the go as we were navigating the city and trains. The Japan Wireless company offers an awesome customer service and its incredibly convenient as they delivered the WiFi modem to our hotel and we were able to send it back via Japan’s postal service. We will definitely be renting another WiFi modem on our next visit. Thank you!

Really satisfied of this product. It was delivered at our hotel on the exact requested day/time. I had no connectivity issue on the whole trip (13 days) in Japan. Returning the router through a postal box was super easy (right next to the bagage drop counters in Haneda terminal 3).

We needed this to travel to Aizuwakamatsu and everything was so smooth. From receiving the item to sending it back at the airport, all the instructions were given prior to landing Japan.

I’m really pleased with Pocket WiFi following previous issues setting up e-sims. It would have got 5 stars but I had a couple of days when the signal was poor so I could not access the internet for several hours, which was odd as it was in city centres (including Tokyo). Very easy to use and collect and send back. Would get again.
