The Wifi worked perfectly throughout the two week rental period. The pick-up at the airport was easy, as was the returning of the device via the envelope provided. There was a postbox in the airport which meant that I could use the device up-until it was time to pass through airport security.

It was great to pick it up and return it at the hotel lobby today with the pre-paid return envelope. Thank you!

The device was super easy to pick up (straight next to the exit gate of Narita airport), was charged when I picked it up and ready to go, extremely easy to use even for a tech-idiot like me and after a big jetlag. It worked perfectly during our stay, perfect!

I used Japan wireless business Wi-Fi during the time I spent visiting Japan in mid April this year. I found this very convenient to have, providing excellent connectivity where I went on Honshu Island as well as Kyushu. I never experienced connectivity problems anywhere. Access to the web it was easy, as was the use of an online translator (English to Japanese) which proved invaluable throughout the trip. The only drawback was the relative size of the mobile Wi-Fi, and the need to charge it more than once a day, which was a bit annoying. Would I recommend this? Certainly would, all things considered!!
