I rented a portable Wi-Fi device from Japan-Wireless for my trip, and it worked flawlessly. The device was easy to pick up at the airport, had excellent coverage throughout Tokyo and Kyoto, and the battery life lasted all day. Highly recommend for anyone traveling in Japan.

Worked really great never had a issue with it

Everything was perfect with our WiFi. Delivery at airport, always good network. As a foreigner it’s just the perfect solution to give permanent network access to all the family.

Our portable wifi worked perfectly during our visit to Japan. 2 people with 2 devices each and always connected. Would recommend.

The equipment was easy to use and I used it a lot for navigation around Japan. I did not have to use the back up power pack but was nice to have just in case. The pick up and drop off was easy at the NRT airport. There’s a post box drop off right at the entrance before entering security to your gates. Connectivity was good and never had any issue from that perspective.

Perfect experience every where

It was great to be able to be online all the time during our holiday in Japan. The device was very convenient sent to our hotel so we didn’t have to search fo the office at airport. The speed of the WiFi was very good

Even though the set I picked up at the airport was lacking the right cable to recharge the wireless pod, customer service replied very quickly to me, offering to send the replacement cable to me.
I did not accept the offer as I had the right type of cable available otherwise, but this incident speaks for the professionalism of the support team.
I will definitely order again from Japan wireless for my next trip.
