It was great, we had internet everywhere while traveling. Spent our days in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Nara and we had connection everywhere.
It wasn't 5/5 since we did lose it in Tokyo a couple of times but not too often. Still would highly recommend.

Couldn’t have been happier with the WiFi service. It was a seamless pickup. Instructions were easy to read and follow. We were able to connect to WiFi everywhere we went. We didn’t have to use the backup battery that much, and the drop off was simple. Would definitely use the service when I’m in Japan again. ❤️

About a simple as you can get to rent, pick up, use, and return. Functioned very well. I would use Japan Wireless again.

It was delivered to my hotel on time and connection was great. Very useful!

Took the business package (the mid priced one) with included power bank. Never had an issue and the wifi speed was always sufficient. The power bank was a necessity since the wifi receiver ran out of battery after about 6 hours, but with the power bank it lasted the whole day. Easy to get started and use. Easy to pick up and return at Narita airport terminal 2. Recommended.

The speed of WiFi was significant lower than what was advertised, though I have used it mainly in central Tokyo. However, the device worked all the time and definately recommended.

You can nover go wrong with this! I always rent this when I'm in Japan. :D
