I ordered a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless with no problems. It was delivered to the hotel I requested, was able to pick it up at check-in, and was able to use it right away. I was able to drop it off in the mailbox at Haneda airport before going through security, using the self-addressed postal envelope that came with it. I recommend Japan Wireless if you need to get a pocket wifi in Japan.

CS was very helpful and responsive via e-mail when I asked for their help. The wifi was also delivered promptly, the connection was fast, and I did not experience any connection troubles. Great for sharing wifi with travel buddies.

Excellent product. Wifi worked consistently. Would have given it 5 * but the last few days it wouldn't hold the charge so had to be constantly charging it.

I can't imagine not having had this portable Wifi when traveling through Japan. This worked seamlessly and was so easy to charge and carry around. Was also so easy to pick up from the airport. Can't recommend enough!

This wireless pocket wifi made our trip to Japan very convenient and worry-free because we depend a lot on internet in all the places we went to and we’re always connected. The gadget is easy to carry, complete with pouch and extra powerbank, and most of all the signal is very reliable anywhere in Japan. Bien que d' un prix inférieur à beaucoup d'autres, ce pocket wifi a très bien fonctionné . Récupéré sans problème à l'aéroport et remis dans une boite à lettre le jour du départ . La durée était d'environ 10H et il est préférable de le recharger avant sa décharge complète . Nous avons été pleinement satisfaits
