We linked 2 smartphones to this and meant we could use Google Maps and Google Translate to help us get around Japan. Connecting was so easy. So convenient to drop off at the airport at the end. Worked a treat and saved us a fortune in roaming costs.

My wife and I both shared The router and we loved it. It was a really efficient and inexpensive solution to have connectivity in JAPAN. And the battery pack is a bonus. We will always use JAPAN wireless thanks.

The wireless was delivered as requested to the hotel.
Having this device enabled us to easily share its use as I was always able to include it with my hiking pack because it was small and lightweight.
It was also easy to return through the post.

Worked well for the most part. Got throttled a few times. Kids were on YouTube too much. But worked well for the most part and the battery pack was useful as the Hotspot battery was good for about 6 to 7 hours and we were still out and about. Received at hotel upon arrival. Dropped off with supplied envelope at a postal drop box at airport for a return.

We used Pocket Wi-Fi device provided by Japan-Wireless for our 14 days' Japan trip. Their service is flawless. And my experience was extremely satisfactory, right from the booking of the device, getting its delivery, setting up the device and its utility through out the length of our tour, and also the ease of returning the device. The Best !!!
