Pickup and function perfect.

The wifi hotspot provided has been able to keep internet nearly everywhere, even underground in the subway. We were 5 to use it and the speed was good (enough to watch YouTube on multiple phones), as well as the range. The provided external battery is sufficient to keep the hotspot on during the whole day without any problems.
It was really easy to return it at the end of the trip in the provided envelope.
To resume, it is a cost effective solution to keep internet during a trip in Japan if there are multiple people in the group, plus it doesn’t mess with the operator settings of a smartphone since the SIM card is untouched.

Very satisfied with the company. I had a faulty router, they immediately replaced it.

Very easy to order and received the WiFi pucks at our hotel as requested. Pucks were easy to use and have no complaints about them. Return was super easy - drop off at post office box at the airport. This is the second time I have used this company and would highly recommend.

Easy to set up, works well

Легко установить. Бесперебойный wi-fi. Работает везде. Идеально для туристов. Спасибо.

Pick up was quick and easy and the wifi worked great everywhere we used it. Highly recommend.

I activated my eSIM 3 hours before my flight to Japan. When I landed, it has signal connection already. Love this. Recommended. Will definitely purchase when I go to Japan again

Well done! Exactly what we needed and it worked great! Thanks!

Easy setup and great reception throughout the country.
