I have used Japan wireless every year I have visited and it never lets me down. Simple to sign up, retrieve, and drop off. Couldn't get any easier!

Switched from pocket Wi-Fi to eSIM and loved it! Best bang for the buck with eSIM for sure. Easy installation and great coverage.

Great experience! Japan Wireless made it easy to setup and return! Speeds and coverage was amazing!

Whenever I take a trip to Japan I use your services
I recommend it to my friends also
I like how the product is at my hotel ready to be used
Returning it is also easy

I did have to restart it a couple of times, but other than that it was very reliable.

This is my second time using Japan Wireless for portable wifi box and I will continue using them. The ordering is easy, wifi box is handy when traveling around Japan, and they have many locations of where to pick it up. I know that I can travel around Japan with ease when I have Japan Wireless' wifi box.

Thank you! It was great

Pickup and drop off is easy. Service was great! There was only 2 times it was out for like 30 seconds. We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka. Customer service was great and responded quickly.
