Loved it worked well and battery lasted long

Excellent service, and directions to pick up and return were overall great. Only minor confusion was the initial pick up location, as the cubicle is was smaller than expected so it was challenging to see at first.
Device worked well. The only complaint is the first day of use it was cutting in and out of service as I was walking around outdoors, but it was stable for the remainder of the trip. Thank you for an excellent product and assisting me in the day extension!

Very good wifi will recommend to friends

For mobile connectivity for travelers in Japan this is the easiest and most cost effective alternative.

Wi-Fi provided the necessary connection I needed to go on the Internet and use my phone. I experienced no problems.

Used them Everytime we've gone to Japan. Always excellent.

The communication was great. They responded in a timely fashion. So accommodating when I forgot to pick up at the airport.

A fantastic product and very valuable while traveling. Worked everywhere I went and had little to no connection issues.

Crucial to our trip and ability to guide ourselves!

We had perfect working wifi on 3 devices, in the cities, but in the Alpes as well
