Hope to use this again while on Japan .Thankful.

Initially I took 5g plan, which was outstanding, despite sometimes slowing. After that, I took 4g plan which is much slower then 5g, particularly internet use peaks. Other than that, installation and use are very easy and straightforward. I've contacted help and they've responded promptly. Great service.

Excellent way to enjoy a Japan when you are traveling from overseas and have no SIM card capability

Great service! Would use again.

Easy to use and reliable though it had to be recharged every night

I have been using Japan Wireless for many years now and will continue to do so. The service is top notch and very reasonable rates. Thank you for providing me with premium wifi every year!

Amazing battery life. Worked all the time. Never slow.

Great and smooth experience. The pocket wifi was reliable and could last the whole day with just one charge. You can return it via all postal boxes - so convenient. Highly recommend

The Japan Wireless mobile Wifi was easy to use. People are constantly between this or an e-sim card. My buddy had the e-sim, while I had this pocket wifi. Honestly you can't go wrong, either is fine. I had a small bag with me everywhere I went, so I didn't even notice my pocket wifi in there. I would use it again on another trip to Japan. The device is small and lightweight. Pickup and returning were a breeze.

I rented a pocket wifi from Japan wireless for a two-week trip around Japan. They really made it easy, from delivering the pocket wifi, charger, cables, and case to my hotel, to including a return, postage paid envelope for return. And their web-site showed me exactly where the mail boxes at the airport are located, with a reminder to mail it before going through security. Only once did I not have wifi service for a very short time while travelling on the bullet train. I would use them again.
