Last summer, I had a great experience using Japan Wireless for my Pocket WiFi. The customer service was amazing, as I had a family emergency and has to cancel my trip. Japan Wireless was very understanding and offered me a full refund. When I did rebook my trip, Japan Wireless provided me with great service and I was very happy with the product. I just booked another trip to Japan and ordered my pocket wifi from them again!

Easy set up, easy to use. Recommended. Better than the cellphone service in Australia. Can't explore Japan without it.

Such a must for Japan . We used it all over and never had a problem or issue at all . Arrived as promised to our hotel and we sent it back in the return envelope as we left the hotel on the last day.
Speed was fast and worked really well.
