Wonderful service and device. We often had 5 devices connected at once and had no problems

I didn’t had any problems with it! Powerbank I got with WiFi isn’t the best one but the battery in pocket WiFi holds the whole day so bad quality of powerbank wasn’t an issue!

Fantastic service

Rental was extremely easy with delivery to our hotel and drop off at the airport. We loved the feature of multiple devices that could be connected. We had no issues with coverage across Japan. Will rent with Japan Wireless when we come back to Japan.

Very fast connection and strong battery

I rented the pocket WiFi through Japan Wireless for my week long stay in Tokyo. My family of four was able to connect and have dependable WiFi everywhere we went. This was extremely useful for using Google Maps, Google Translation and the train schedules and stops. The pick up counter at Haneda Airport was simple and easy. Dropping the unit off at the mailbox inside the airport was a breeze. I would not hesitate to rent from this company again when I need another pocket WiFi.

Easy to retrieve. Works great and there were no problem with the WiFi except from some rare cases where it had weaker reception. Very convenient to return as well. Easily recommended!

During our 3 week visit to Japan we have been using the Japan wireless SIM card in an Samsung Android and an Iphone (replacing the danish SIM cards). It has been working perfectly well for us all over Japan, cities as well as country side - fast and stable.

SIM cards were ordered to be delivered to the airport (Narita), easy pick-up at post office, Replacing the danish SIM cards with the Japan wireless, turning on the phone, entering the "app" info that came together with the SIM card, another reboot of phone, and everything is fully functional in less than two minutes.

It works for everything; browsing internet, google maps, email access and even skype and messenger works perfectly well - super service.

Best decision I made for the holiday. Used for getting around and those translations.
