Worked great and super convenient

My partner and I collected our portable wifi upon arrival at hotel in tokyo. We travelled to osaka and kyoto and never had any connection issues.
Very reasonably priced and battery is great, with the portable charger we didnt have any issues at all!
The only I issue I had was with my prepaid sim card I bought while is Australia.
Will definitely be getting the portable wifi next trip for reliability and no fuss!

Very useful device, very good service and delivery process.

Having a pocket wifi in Japan is essential as we were able to use Google to get around and even check various websites while on the road. Having the extra battery was also essential as we used it all day. Delievery was perfect and the pre-paid return envelope was very easy to use. I would highly recommend this service.

It help us very much in our travel, eventhough there were some issues with the signal. They take this in to consideration and tell you what to do in order to restablish the signal
